The Construction Revolution Coaching Programme
Month 1 - Analysis
• Session 1. 2 hrs. – Strategy session to look at Mindset, Purpose, Vision, Financial Goals and freeing up time to work on the business (including pre-session work)
• Session 2. 2 hrs – Strategy session to work through the Construction Revolution Canvas and identify the ‘Profit Stealers’
Month 2 - Planning & Obstacles
• Session 3. 2 hrs – Working through the GROW coaching model (Goals, Reality, Options, Will) to identify short term / long term goals for each ‘Profit Stealer’.
• Session 4. 2 hrs – Risks, issues and Action Plan.
Month 3, 4, 5 & 6 - Implementation
• Month 3, Setting projects up for success, maximising productivity, processes and procedures

As well as our 4hrs / month of coaching together, you will have ongoing support from me including the benefits of my extensive network and strategic knowledge of the industry to give you a leading edge against your competition.
