As well as UK events, I was recently invited to speak internationally at MIPIM, a 4-day real estate exhibition, conference and networking event gathering 26,800 international property professionals in Cannes, France.
I speak about the work I do with small businesses in the industry to help them grow and be more profitable including how to create a growth mindset and why we need a Construction Revolution.
In my voluntary role as Non-Executive Board Director and Chair of the Construction Industry Council Diversity and Inclusion panel I am passionate about creating a culture of fairness, inclusion and respect and am often invited to speak about the work I am leading in this area.
As well as hosting my own Podcast, I have been a guest on others to share my story and mission to bring positive, lasting change to the industry.

Brought some construction related comedy to the table
