My Story

I’m here to make a real difference

Hi, I’m Maria Coulter, an award winning Business Coach originally from the North-East and yes, it’s true, us Northerners can be straight talking which helps me to get the results I do.

How did I get here?

In 2009, having been in the industry from the age of 16, I started my own Revolution. I was a Project Manager, in the middle of a recession, seeing and experiencing unfair behaviour, feeling the pressure to be someone I wasn’t and wondering what to do about it. I found a Coach and when I identified that my number one value is fairness, it all made perfect sense. The many times I’d felt that uncomfortable feeling in my gut when I knew things weren’t right and work shouldn’t be like this led me to the realisation that our industry should and could be better than this.

Putting the money where my mouth is.

One of my clients saw an increase in their net profit from £9k to £176k since we started working together. Just imagine that being you. Doing this work can only positively impact your profit margins. In my mission to bring change, I also have a voluntary position as a Non-Executive Director for the Construction Industry Council on their main board and I Chair their Diversity and Inclusion Panel.
