If you’re an SME / Micro-business owner, working in the UK construction supply chain, the ‘boots on the ground’ delivering on site, this is for you.
Following research conducted by Nottingham Trent University in partnership with Morgan
Sindall Construction on productivity, profit margins, procurement and collaboration; the
CITB have invested in the roll out of the IDP Project to support the UK Supply Chain.
In order to win work, there is also an increasing likelihood you’ll be asked to demonstrate, what your sustainability policy is, how you are reducing carbon in your business, what you are doing to set standards for social value and how you are improving equality, diversity and inclusion.

This fully funded coaching and mentoring support is here to help you improve productivity, on-site relationships, expand procurement opportunities and increase profit margins.
It is open to the whole of the UK Supply Chain between now and the end of March 2023, it’s being delivered online and Construction Coach is delighted to be a delivery partner.

As this is fully funded, demand will be high to access this support,
here’s what you need to do to secure your place:
complete 4 x short, 20 min courses
You will be asked to complete 4 x short, 20 min courses on Collaboration, Productivity, Innovation and Value in the Supply Chain. Links will be sent to you to access these.
Attend A 90-minute, online Innovation workshop
You will be required to attend a 90-minute, online Innovation workshop with Construction Coach and a guest expert to think about what is frustrating you in
our business? What needs to be improved on site? Are your team working as efficiently as they should? This will help generate ideas as to what you want to change in your business and where you need support.
join the IDP Community
You will be invited to join the IDP Community to access weekly, online group mentoring and support from Construction Coach and fellow business owners to embed the learning from the training and make the changes you need to make in your business.
✷ If places are still available, you can become 1 of 40 Innovation Champions to access 12 hrs 1-to-1 free coaching / mentoring to do an innovation project. This could be to improve a site-based activity, a business process or an initiative to increase procurement opportunities and demonstrate the value you bring to a project.
